The following terms & conditions are the basis of your contract with island travel M.IKE, registered in Greece, with VAT Number 801095752,Ar.GEMI: 148987724000 and are based at Alykanas, Post Code. 29100, Zakynthos, Greece.

Making a reservation.
The party leader must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have full authorization from all members of the party to complete the booking under the terms and conditions as stated in the conditions of the contract, for any party members under the age of 18 years, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the said activity/activities. It is the responsibility of the party leader to make full payment for all attractions, Transfers and all other services booked and it is assumed upon booking that the party leader is authorized.
Payment.
Upon confirming a reservation, the party leader is responsible for either the deposit per person or full amount. In the case that a deposit has been paid, the full amount shall be due one week before the attraction – transfer – or other service, date. If payment has not been received, Zantetrips.com assumes that you do not wish to continue with your reservation and your booking will be cancelled. In this case, the parties concerned will not receive a refund for the deposit paid as 100% cancellation charges will apply.
Prices.
Changes to prices occur due to exchange fluctuations, we confirm that the price stated on your booking will be the final amount that you will be charged. Please always check your booking to confirm the price which you were charged.
Reservation Confirmation.
Upon booking an attraction, or transfer – or other services, a reservation confirmation will be sent to the party leader if the said attraction–transfer–or other service is available. The confirmation will also include an invoice for all bookings which have been paid in full, for all bookings where a deposit only has been made, a receipt will be sent for any monies paid. Full payment is due at least one week before the attraction- transfer–or other service, date. Upon full payment, a voucher will be issued which will need to be read to make sure all details are correct. On arrival in the resort, the party leader will need to contact the stated supplier to confirm dates and pick up time and place. If the party leader fails to do this, it is assumed that the said party do not wish to attend the attraction – transfer–or other service booked, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
Requests.
If you or any member of your party has any medical condition or disability which may affect your arrangements or has any special requirements as a result of any medical condition or disability (including any which affect the booking process), please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or making the booking. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking and whenever any change in the condition or disability occurs. You must also promptly advise us if any medical condition or disability which may affect your arrangements develops after your booking has been confirmed. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking or the condition/disability develops after booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.
Contract
A binding contract comes into action upon a confirmation invoice being provided to the party leader. Both parties agree that Greek Law will apply to the contract and any issues, disputes or claims will be dealt with in a Greek court of law (whether or not including claims for personal injury).
Alterations and Cancellations
Any alterations to the reservation must be provided immediately, we shall try to accommodate all changes required. In the case of alterations to a reservation, a £5 administration charge will apply. In the case of an alteration, a new voucher will be issued and it will be the responsibility of the party leader to destroy the original voucher. At all times the voucher has to be supplied to the attraction- transfer–or other service provider. If this is not provided, the attraction – transfer–or other service provider, has the right to refuse the party participation in the excursion – transfer–or other service booked and a refund will not be available. To cancel a reservation, the party leader is expected to advise of this immediately either by email, the party leader will then be issued a cancellation invoice. The cancellation charges are as stated below.
Cancellation up to 7 days before the attraction – transfer–or other service date 20% charges apply
Cancellation within 7 days of the attraction – transfer–or other service date 100% charges apply
Alterations and Cancellation made by Zantetrips.com.
In the case that an excursion – transfer–or other service has been cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be made by us. In the case that an excursion transfer–or other service has had a change of day for any reason, alternative arrangements will be made, in the case that the party cannot attend the amended day, a full refund will be provided. The options set out above represent the full extent of our liability to yourselves in the case of a change to your reservation or cancellation.
Force Majeure Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions we regret we cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any loss, damage or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
Complaints.
In the case of a complaint concerning your attraction – transfer–or other service, please advise the supplier or representative immediately, this then should resolve your issue. If any complaint or problem is not resolved to your satisfaction by the supplier/the representative, you must contact us giving us full details and a contact number. Until we know about a complaint or problem, we cannot begin to resolve it. If you remain dissatisfied, however, you must email us at the stated address below within [28 days] of the end of your arrangements giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint. Only the party leader should write to us. If you fail to follow this simple complaints procedure, the right to claim any compensation you may otherwise have been entitled to may be affected or even lost as a result.

Our liability
We confirm that we will endeavour to carry out all services as stated with reasonable skill and care. It is the responsibility of the party leader to prove that reasonable skill and care has not been provided, in the case that a claim will be made against us. In addition, we will only be responsible for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do (where applicable) if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment (for employees) or carrying out work we had asked them to do (for agents and suppliers). We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: –
The act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or ‘force majeure’ as defined above.
As set out in these booking conditions, we limit the maximum amount we may have to pay you for any claims you may make against us. For all other claims which do not involve death or personal injury our maximum liability if we are found to be at fault in connection with our contractual obligations to you is limited to twice the price of the booking in question (excluding amendment charges) paid by or on behalf of the person(s) affected in total. This maximum amount will only be payable where everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit at all from your arrangements.
Privacy
All information supplied to us by the party leader will be held confidentially and will not be used or provided to any third parties.
